TBH I’d rather see Wendy’s Spicy Nuggets in stores. (Spotted by Amanda Y at Kroger.)
If you’re out shopping and see new products, snap a picture of them, and send them in via an email ([email protected]) with where you found them and “Spotted” in the subject line. Also, if you want to send in photos and are wondering if we’ve already covered something or if they’re new, don’t worry about it. Let us worry about it.

Every few years, there’s a swing at creating a national brand of beef, and it always misses, because the economics just don’t make sense. I can’t imagine paying a license fee to a fast-food company is the magic key.
They are also selling Wendy’s bacon in stores.
I’m trying to understand the difference between these beef patties, and the “normal” ground beef sold along next to it, besides the Wendy’s logo and the square-ish shape.
I’d bet that they’re more expensive+
They don’t freeze the meat which allegedly improves the taste and texture of the meat whereas ground beef is normally bulk packed and frozen to many areas. Most people don’t, won’t and shouldn’t care. But that is where they are getting their justification for selling it.
The bacon they sell is seasoned and smoked to replicate the thick cut bacon from the baconator. The goal was to allegedly make the baconator an affordable meal solution at home since the burger itself at the restaurant can cost the price of the patties alone.
I hate capitalism so effing much.
FUCKING SAME!!!!!!
