Also, if you want to send in photos and are wondering if we’ve already covered something or if they’re new, don’t worry about it. Let us worry about it.
I really hate when minimal grams of protein gets called “Protein”. I mean, that’s not that high – there should be a 10 gram minimum to call something protein!!!
It’s so silly. Also, the fact that people are elevating protein above everything right now is so ridiculous. Protein is great, but most people get enough without having to add protein to everything you eat.
I’m sure they label it so people who don’t know anything about nutrition or read the buzz word will be like “Nice this is a lot of protein! I can eat a ton of these & lose weight!” I’ve tried a lot of “protein” bars & my favorite brand is still the Quest bar. Built Puffs are ok, but not as high protein.
