Had the nc BBQ ones today, as a ncer I think whoever came up with it never had our bbq…I like the taste but didn’t get the particular nc BBQ taste(I’m eastern nc so a vinager based one)
To be fair, when I hear “Carolina Style” my first thought would go to the SC sauce, with a bit more of a mustard flavor profile. Is that what these are?
