PRIZE DRAWING: Because I Don’t Look Cool In These Sunglasses

When the folks at Mountain Dew sent samples of their new Kickstart beverages, they also included a pair of Spy Optics Discord sunglasses. It turns out it retails for $150. Since I sit in front of a computer all day, rarely go outside, and don’t look good with them on, I’m giving them away via a prize drawing.

ANNOUNCEMENT: Random Stuff Prize Pack Winner

Here’s The Impulsive Buy’s Random Stuff Prize Pack drawing winner:

Congratulations, Jerry!

After searching around my house for items companies have sent me, I ended up adding a few extra stuff to the prize pack, like a t-shirt I received earlier this year.

Thanks to everyone who participated!

PRIZE DRAWING: Because You Want To Make Me Wait in a Long Line at the Post Office

2012-12-06 00.19.51

It’s the season of giving so I decided to collect a bunch of stuff lying around that companies sent us and give it away as one prize pack. Most of the stuff is in the picture above, but after I took that picture, I found a few other items to add.

What’s in the picture above?

There’s a test can of Mountain Dew Johnson City Gold, two coupons for a free Smart Ones frozen entree, two coupons for a free pint of Ben & Jerry’s ice cream, and a Coinstar Sherpa, which is just a bag you can put your coins in when you’re going to the Coinstar machine. As for the other items, that’ll be a surprise for the winner.

Do you plan to play Halo 4? Or are you right now giving your hands a break after hours of playing Halo 4? If so, do you know what would be helpful?

Fifty matches of Double XP.

To be honest, I have no idea what that means. But one lucky Impulsive Buy reader can acquire those 50 matches of Double XP, if they’re randomly selected in our Halo 4 Mtn Dew/Doritos Prize Pack drawing.

This prize pack, courtesy of Mountain Dew and Doritos, is made up of a Limited Edition Halo 4 Doritos and Limited Edition Halo 4 Mountain Dew. The Doritos bag and Mountain Dew can each have a special code for 25 matches of Double XP. The Doritos bag is also signed by folks from 343 Industries, the developers of Halo. Inside the Doritos bag is regular Doritos and inside the can is regular Mountain Dew.
