Krispy Kreme is bringing back its Pumpkin Spice Original Glazed Doughnut for one day — September 8.

Although, if you miss out on September 8, I’m sure we’ll see it come back again later in the season, which is what we saw last year. October 1 is National Pumpkin Spice Day and October 26 is National Pumpkin Day, so there are other possible opportunities for the doughnut to pop up again.

The Pumpkin Spice Original Glazed Doughnut is available all-day on September 8 at participating locations in the U.S., while supplies last.

One doughnut has 190 calories, 100 calories from fat, 11 grams of fat, 5 grams of saturated fat, 0 grams of trans fat, 85 milligrams of sodium, 22 grams of carbohydrates, less than 1 gram of fiber, 10 grams of sugar, and 3 grams of protein.

Taco Bell’s newest frozen beverage is the Strawberry Poppin’ Candy Freeze. It features strawberry-flavored slush with popping candy in it. It’s available in regular and large sizes.

A 16-ounce serving has 210 calories, 0 grams of fat, 0 milligrams of cholesterol, 45 milligrams of sodium, 55 grams of carbohydrates, 54 grams of sugar, and 0 grams of protein.

Baskin-Robbins’ Flavor of the Month for September 2017 is Belgian Waffle. It features Belgian waffle pieces, praline pecans, and a caramel ribbon in maple praline-flavored ice cream.

A small 2.5 ounce scoop has 180 calories, 9 grams of fat, 5 grams of saturated fat, 35 milligrams of cholesterol, 160 milligrams of sodium, 21 grams of carbohydrates, 17 grams of sugar, and 3 grams of protein.

For a limited time, Sonic is offering Iced Coffee Twists that feature flavored iced Green Mountain Coffee with either a chocolate or caramel ribbon.

There are four flavors available:

French Vanilla Chocolate Twist has French vanilla iced coffee with a chocolate ribbon. A 20-ounce serving has 240 calories, 10 grams of fat, 7 grams of saturated fat, 160 milligrams of sodium, 33 grams of carbohydrates, and 29 grams of sugar.

French Vanilla Caramel Twist features French vanilla iced coffee with a caramel ribbon. A 20-ounce serving has 260 calories, 10 grams of fat, 6 grams of saturated fat, 140 milligrams of sodium, 40 grams of carbohydrates, and 30 grams of sugar.

Praline Pecan Chocolate Twist is made with praline pecan-flavored iced coffee with a chocolate ribbon. Twenty-ounces has 280 calories, 10 grams of fat, 7 grams of saturated fat, 270 milligrams of sodium, 42 grams of carbohydrates, and 29 grams of sugar.

Finally, Double Chocolate Twist features chocolate-flavored iced coffee with a chocolate ribbon. The 20-ounce size has 370 calories, 9 grams of fat, 6 grams of saturated fat, 170 milligrams of cholesterol, 66 grams of carbohydrates, and 51 grams of sugar.

Long John Silver’s newest seafood creation is the Sweet n’ Tangy Panko Butterfly Shrimp. The dish features panko-breaded shrimp tossed in a sweet and tangy glaze. A basket with six shrimp, natural-cut fries, and two hushpuppies is available for the special price of $4.99.

If you want something sweet n’ sweet to end your fast food feast, the seafood chain is now offering Deep Fried Twinkies at participating locations nationwide. A single Deep Fried Twinkie is available for 99 cents, a pack of two is $1.89, and a dozen will cost $9.99.
