The Chips Ahoy Cookie Doughnut is a cookie dough kreme-filled unglazed shell doughnut dipped in dark chocolate and topped with Chips Ahoy pieces and a mini Chips Ahoy Cookie. It has 400 calories, 22 grams of fat, 9 grams of saturated fat, 210 milligrams of sodium, 50 grams of carbohydrates, 1 gram of fiber, 26 grams of sugar, and 4 grams of protein.

For a limited time, Taco Bell is offering two new $1 menu options — the Triple Melt Burrito and Triple Melt Nachos.

Both come with seasoned beef, shredded three-cheese blend, and nacho cheese sauce, wrapped in a flour tortilla or on a bed of tortilla chips. The burrito version is also available in a $5 box with a Doritos Locos Taco, Cinnamon Twists, and a medium drink.

The Triple Melt Burrito has 410 calories, 16 grams of fat, 6 grams of saturated fat, 30 milligrams of cholesterol, 1030 milligrams of sodium, 50 grams of carbohydrates, 4 grams of fiber, and 15 grams of protein.

The Triple Melt Nachos has 260 calories, 16 grams of fat, 4.5 grams of saturated fat, 30 milligrams of cholesterol, 550 milligrams of sodium, 19 grams of carbohydrates, 3 grams of fiber, and 10 grams of protein.

It comes with your choice of one, two, or three beef patties; an equal number of Swiss cheese slices; parmesan-dusted crispy onions; grilled onions; and a creamy bistro sauce on a sweet, toasted brioche bun.

A Triple Bistro Stack has 880 calories, 59 grams of fat, 24 grams of saturated fat, 3 grams of trans fat, 135 milligrams of cholesterol, 1710 milligrams of sodium, 42 grams of carbohydrates, 2 grams of fiber, 8 grams of sugar, and 44 grams of protein.

Baskin-Robbins offers dozens of ice cream cakes and it’s adding two more with the introduction of its Ice Cream Cookie Cakes.

There are two customizable varieties available — Celebration and Fudge Brownie ‘n Oreo. Although they’re called “cookie cakes,” I consider them to be more like Stuffed Crust

The Celebration Cookie Cake features your choice of ice cream sandwiched between two chocolate chip cookie crusts and decorated with colorful streamers and confetti. Baskin-Robbins’ Fudge Brownie ‘n Oreo Cookie Cake is made up of your choice of ice cream in between two double fudge brownies that are topped with Oreo cookies.

Baskin-Robbins’ Ice Cream Cookie Cakes serve 12-16 and are available at participating locations.

Impulsive Buy reader Robbie sent in this photo from a Jack in the Box in the San Antonio area. There currently isn’t anything about it on the Jack in the Box website, so it’s either a test or regional item. Update: It’s now on the Jack in the Box website.

It has a 1/4 lb beef patty, lettuce, tomato, pepper jack cheese, a double dose of Cholula Hot Sauce, and crispy jalapeños on a gourmet bun.

The burger has 770 calories, 46 grams of fat, 22 grams of saturated fat, 1.5 grams of trans fat, 120 milligrams of cholesterol, 1170 milligrams of sodium, 53 grams of carbohydrates, 4 grams of fiber, 11 grams of sugar, and 37 grams of protein.

There’s also Cholula Fries that’s topped with white cheese, and Cholula Hot Sauce. That has 580 calories, 38 grams of fat, 11 grams of saturated fat, 40 milligrams of cholesterol, 1100 milligrams of sodium, 53 grams of carbohydrates, 4 grams of fiber, 2 grams of sugar, and 7 grams of protein.
