Little Caesars is either testing or selling regionally a Chorizo Quesadilla Pizza. The photos in this post were sent in by TIB reader Rik from a commercial playing in the Reno, NV area.

According to the voiceover in the TV ad, the pizza features a large thin crust with white queso sauce, a blend of cheeses, spicy chorizo, pico de gallo, and a crispy cheddar cheese edge with jalapeños. It’s available Hot-N-Ready for $10 at participating locations.

The whole pizza has 2490 calories, 161 grams of fat, 70 grams of saturated fat, 3.5 gram of trans fat, 147 milligrams of cholesterol, 3390 milligrams of sodium, 147 grams of carbohydrates, 7 grams of fiber, 10 grams of sugar, and 110 grams of protein. If you want to figure it out per slice, open your phone’s calculator app and divide these numbers by eight.

Impossible Foods and Beyond Meat are the new Coke and Pepsi. Like the soft drink makers, they’re both trying to get their plant-based meat substitutes into as many fast food chains as possible.

There’s Burger King’s Impossible Whopper,

The Impossible Supreme is a large pizza topped with sauce made from fresh-packed, vine-ripened California crushed tomatoes, mozzarella and Muenster cheeses, caramelized onions, mushrooms, green peppers, and the Impossible Sausage, which is made from plants.

Arby’s has once again smooshed its meats together to make a new sandwich. This time it’s the Bacon ‘N Brisket Beef ‘N Cheddar.

As you can tell from its name, the menu item features bacon (pepper bacon to be specific), smoked brisket, roast beef, and cheddar cheese sauce. What the sandwich also has that can’t be gleaned from its name are red ranch sauce and a classic onion roll.

The meaty sandwich has 760 calories, 41 grams of fat, 13 grams of saturated fat, 1.5 gram of trans fat, 135 milligrams of cholesterol, 2120 milligrams of sodium, 47 grams of carbohydrates, 2 grams of fiber, 10 grams of sugar, and 51 grams of protein.
