  1. Rummo is my favorite pasta brand, but that 21g protein is pretty deceptive. They’re using Barilla’s trick of counting 100g as a serving (as opposed to the usual 56g), so it’s only 50% more protein than usual ounce-for-ounce. Also, the added protein is separated pea protein, which isn’t terrible, but is far from a natural ingredient and might not be what people had in mind.

  2. Icelandic Provisions is the best yogurt (even though it’s not technically yogurt). I don’t generally like caramel, but I love banana, so I may have to try that flavor. I’ve had the cold brew coffee whole milk version and it was pretty good. My favorite flavors are still peach and cloudberry and key lime, though.
