It’s funny to me that the PBR cheese says Yancey’s Fancy Artisan Cheese, yet it’s infused with a beer that a lot of people spit on.
PBR is good enough cheap beer. Chefs who make artisan tempura dishes use cheap beer like PBR in their batter. The only people who’d scoff at PBR are poor people who suddenly came on to money and to prove their sophistication wanted to crap on what used to tickle their fancy. So basically you, without the money.
