If you’re out shopping and see new products, snap a picture of them, and send them in via an email ([email protected]) with where you found them and “Spotted” in the subject line. Also, if you want to send in photos and are wondering if we’ve already covered something or if they’re new, don’t worry about it. Let us worry about it.
I had vaguely heard of “birria” in reference to Mexican food before, but had never previously seen a kit for making birria tacos. The “dip your taco in a sauce” concept reminds me of Italian beef or French dip sandwiches. Depending on how spicy the included creamy chipotle sauce is, I’d probably also want to offer diners a milder alternative dipping sauce, such as nacho cheese or sour cream.
