Saying “charcuterie” makes the back of my tongue sore for some reason. Also, the Loaded Tots one was so loved that Herr’s brought it back again. (Spotted by DJ at Redner’s.)

Ok, loaded tots I get and can wrap my head around a pretty universal expectation on the taste that they should deliver. However, charcuterie leaves soooo much room for guesswork. Combining all of the possibilities of flavour combinations is all across the board (pun kind of intended.)
