I didn’t see any images of this cookie prior to this month. So it’s a bit late for St. Patrick’s Day and really late for National Chocolate Mint Day. (Spotted by Robbie at Walmart.)

Maybe because it’s timed for Spring as all of our dormant herbs are beginning to come back to life? (or mayhaps more realistically they just know that people like chocolate and mint together and we’re both overthinking it)
