FAST FOOD NEWS: Arby’s Bourbon BBQ Barrel Stack and King’s Hawaiian Sliders

News Arby s Bourbon BBQ Barrel Stack

Arby’s has brought back its Bourbon BBQ sandwiches, which we last saw in

The Bourbon BBQ Barrel Stack features (let me take a deep breath) brown sugar bacon, a buttermilk chicken fillet, cheddar cheese, crispy onion strings, Kentucky Bourbon BBQ sauce, pit smoked ham, and 13-hour smoked brisket on a star-cut bun. Ingesting this will give you 880 calories, 43 grams of fat, 14 grams of saturated fat, 1 gram of trans fat, 165 milligrams of cholesterol, 2710 milligrams of sodium, 66 grams of carbohydrates, 5 grams of fiber, 19 grams of sugar, and 59 grams of protein.

News Arby s King Hawaiian Sliders

If that’s a bit too much, Arby’s also has new King’s Hawaiian Sliders, which, let’s be honest, are some of its old sliders with just a King’s Hawaiian dinner roll. There are three varieties available — Hawaiian BBQ Chicken, Roast Beef, and Ham.

The most interesting of the three is the BBQ chicken one that features a crispy chicken tender with pineapple BBQ sauce, and a King’s Hawaiian Dinner Roll. The other two, Roast Beef and Ham, also come with Swiss cheese, along with the dinner roll.

The Hawaiian BBQ Chicken one has 250 calories, 8 grams of fat, 2 grams of saturated fat, 0 gram of trans fat, 30 milligrams of cholesterol, 550 milligrams of sodium, 35 grams of carbohydrates, 1 gram of fiber, 13 grams of sugar, and 11 grams of protein.

The Roast Beef has 210 calories, 10 grams of fat, 5 grams of saturated fat, 0 gram of trans fat, 45 milligrams of cholesterol, 550 milligrams of sodium, 18 grams of carbohydrates, 1 gram of fiber, 6 grams of sugar, and 12 grams of protein.

Finally, the Ham version has 200 calories, 8 grams of fat, 4.5 grams of saturated fat, 0 gram of trans fat, 45 milligrams of cholesterol, 640 milligrams of sodium, 19 grams of carbohydrates, 1 gram of fiber, 8 grams of sugar, and 12 grams of protein.

All of these meaty and/or mini menu items are available for a limited time.

If you’ve tried any of them, let us know what you think in the comments.

  1. The baroque chicken slider tastes good, very sweet sauce, but…the kings Hawaiian roll is really small,it needs to be bigger, not worth but a buck maybe, not $1.49.
